An educational workshop for anyone interested in learning what hypnosis and reiki are and how they can be used to improve the quality of ones mental, physical, and spiritual life. A basic introduction to hypnosis & hypnotherapy with a brief group hypnosis experience and reiki explanation.

Dr. Carol Ann Watson, Licensed Clinical Psychologist & Executive Director of the Watson Learning and Wellness Center, with Jason Roe, a practicing Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist/Certified Life Coach, and Albertina Giuffre, Reiki Master and Clinical Hypnotherapist, present a basic understanding of hypnosis & reiki.  They are instructors and healers dedicated to educating individuals and mental health professionals about these powerful tools that can be used for personal empowerment and as a career to help others find balance and health.
